The Tomb Map
Season 2 introduces The Tomb, the second post-launch map in Black Ops 6 Zombies. This eerie new map takes place on an ancient burial ground and features underground catacombs to explore. The Tomb is designed to offer tight, replayable spaces reminiscent of the Liberty Falls experience. The map will provide players with both intense challenges and the thrill of uncovering new secrets.
New Enemies: Shock Mimic
A deadly new enemy, the Shock Mimic, will appear in The Tomb. These creatures disguise themselves as helpful items but spring to life when players get too close, using their tentacles and razor-sharp claws to grab and shock victims. The Shock Mimic is capable of disrupting both your radar and vision, adding a new layer of danger to the map.
New Wonder Weapon: Staff of Ice
The Staff of Ice is a powerful new Wonder Weapon available in Season 2. This weapon can slow and freeze enemies with its blast, and it has a devastating area-of-effect attack. Additionally, the Staff of Ice can revive teammates with a precision-shot restorative blast, making it an invaluable tool for survival.
Main Quest and Rewards
The Main Quest for The Tomb will go live on January 28, 2025. Completing this quest will unlock the "X91 Ice-Pike" Wonder Weapon Skin, a facsimile of the Staff of Ice designed for Project Janus. Players will also earn 5,000 XP and a unique Calling Card for completing the quest before the Directed Mode is released for The Tomb.
