Rsorder-It's also considered a custom as it's one of the social capabilities

It's not a great investment and if you've got all the gadgets you need to create and other gadgets, you might gain a little more with XP.

So, I believe the main reason is that mobile offers the chance to play RuneScape which was likely to be a little more difficult to. If you want to remain engaged with the game and still enjoy the game with a moderate intensity with OSRS Fire Cape and save the most difficult things for when you're home. I'm sure it's provided lots of possibilities to fill the monotonous moments in our daily life with a some fun.

I'm with you, one aspect that the game has, in addition to the high intensity content it's an "lean back" aspect to RuneScape. Sometimes, we refer to it as being the perfect "second display game". It's all about having different gameplay styles, as well as a varieties of different players who are looking to do various things. I believe the mobile versions have opened the game up to a whole new level.

In that regard, why do you think that people love fishing so often?

It's a great argument. I'm thinking it's because of two reasons. It's a little low-intensity making it perfect for people wanting to relax at home, or even go on Netflix or some other thing. It's not a great investment and if you've got all the gadgets you need to create and other gadgets, you might gain a little more with XP.

It's also considered a custom as it's one of the social capabilities. There are stories of players playing together to fish and talk as you would have in real life. Since the lockdown, we've seen this truly take off as players are using it to create connections on a social level and that's something gamers really enjoy.

Jagex has previously spoken to RSgoldfast in the past about the impact of the lockdown on the development of RuneScape, how did it affect the Mobile launch?

It was obviously unusual in March of this year, when we were at the office for one week and we were at home the following. In the beginning, we were simply figuring out what was going on and how we could accomplish our tasks. One thing I'll mention is that we're having more meetings taking place now. It's much more difficult to visit someone's office and chat for a few minutes and we're now having to be extremely careful with the time of people. The most significant change for us isn't in the way we're working but rather the way we're communicating with one with each other.

When we used to be able to take everyone from the building to have an informal chat with just 20 minutes' notice, this has been a lot more difficult. We've gotten more adept at planning our tasks ahead of time and determining what we'll must complete and which task will be the most beneficial. Since the lockdown began the company has been hiring more employees, and it's been mainly about making sure they're supported and are capable of performing their duties efficiently.

It's not as exciting however, on a more personal level, testing in the office is much more convenient since we have testing labs, or whatever. However, since everyone's living at home, I'm dropping off phones everywhere, right and in the middle, trying to purchase iPads for those on brief notice to test that have been among the logistics issues.

Naturally, we're considering the business opportunities that mobile has and we're also trying to deliver the best information to the users in the most efficient format. We understand that mobile users with Cheap OSRS Accounts have different habits - therefore, we're considering things like subscriptions for instance. RuneScape is always been a subscription-based game, and typically, we offer memberships in chunks of say two or four weeks.
