There are five crops you'll need to harvest:

Strawberry – Harvest 50

Blueberry – Harvest 150

Apple – Harvest 25

Coconut – Harvest 10

Dragon Fruit – Harvest 5

The best way to do this is to plant all of these crops in advance. Once they're fully grown, don't harvest them yet. Wait until the quest appears. When it does, just pick them, and the quest will complete immediately.
