Ayesha Mukherjee

She discussed how the experience forced her to confront societal expectations, personal failure, and emotional distress.

Here’s a fresh article about Ayesha Mukherjee:

Ayesha Mukherjee: A Story of Strength, Identity Resilience

Born on 27 August 1975 in West Bengal to a Bengali father and British mother, Ayesha Mukherjee moved to Australia at a young age and grew up embracing both cultures. She became a trained kickboxer and developed a passion for fitness, which later defined much of her public persona.

Her first marriage was to an Australian businessman, with whom she had two daughters, Aliyah (2000) and Rhea (2005). After that relationship ended, she met Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan through social media—via mutual friend Harbhajan Singh. They married in October 2012 and had a son, Zoravar, in 2014.

Though marriage brought public attention, Ayesha held on to her identity: her fitness, her athletic training, her mixed cultural roots. She continued sharing fitness advice, her journey, and her beliefs on social media.

In September 2021, Ayesha announced separation from Dhawan, calling herself a “two‑time divorcee” in a candid post about fear, social stigma, and empowerment.  But she also shared how she emerged stronger, more self‑aware and resilient.

If you like, I can add her current activities—what she’s doing now, public projects or interviews.
