The operation commenced on September 30, 2025, following reports of vehicle burglaries and sightings of a suspicious white Ford pickup truck in Reno, Texas. Deputies, alongside officers from the Reno Police Department, Paris Police Department, Northeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force, Lamar County Drone Team, and the Texas Department of Public Safety, responded promptly to the area.
Upon locating the vehicle, three suspects fled on foot. A brief foot pursuit ensued, leading to the detention of one suspect, identified as Davion Hill, by the Paris Police Department. Recovery of Stolen Property
During the initial search, investigators recovered three firearms, two of which had been reported stolen locally. The white Ford pickup truck was also confirmed to be stolen from Lamar County. Further investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Paris, where two additional stolen firearms were recovered.
In total, law enforcement agencies recovered five stolen vehicles and five firearms, four of which were confirmed stolen.
Arrests and Charges
Authorities arrested three individuals in connection with the thefts:
Davion Hill – Charged with evading detention.
Tyrone Reed and Isiah Black – Each charged with two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Reed and Black remain in the Lamar County Jail with bonds set at $20,000 each. Hill has posted bond and been released pending further proceedings.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to identify any additional suspects or related thefts in the area.
