Black Ops 6 Zombies Bug Ruins Runs on Terminus Map

The Black Ops 6 Zombies bug sends players out of bounds on the Terminus map, ruining their runs and leaving them stuck in an inaccessible area.

A frustrating bug in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies has recently been discovered by players, particularly impacting those on the Terminus map. The issue, which can ruin a Zombies run, involves the Amalgam enemy type and has been causing widespread frustration within the community. Players are calling on Treyarch to fix the bug, along with other issues that have yet to be addressed in recent updates.

Currently, Black Ops 6 players are enjoying double XP and double weapon XP until January 3, alongside the Archie's Festival Frenzy holiday event, which also ends on January 3. During this event, players can collect Jolly Archies by killing enemies in both multiplayer and Zombies modes. The most significant issue is related to the Amalgam enemy, which has been sending players out of bounds on the Terminus map.

Reddit user BenPlaysGamesTV was one of the first to discover the issue, where the Amalgam enemy, after striking the player, sent them out of bounds into an inaccessible area of the map. The player was unable to return to the Holding Cells area, with no visible way back. Despite being able to shoot enemies through a small opening near a door, the player remained stuck and unable to continue their run. According to BenPlaysGamesTV, they were forced to save and quit due to the inability to escape the glitched area.

This bug isn't unique to just one player. Other members of the Black Ops 6 community have reported encountering the same issue on the Terminus map. Some players have found ways to exploit the bug, hoping to use it to reach higher rounds, though running out of ammo in the glitched area remains a problem. A few speculate that perks like PhD Flopper and Melee Macchiato might still work through the small gap in the door, but it's not a guaranteed solution.

As of now, Treyarch has not publicly acknowledged the bug, likely due to the developers being on holiday leave. However, updates are expected in January, as Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded approach their conclusion. Given that the Amalgam bug can be easily replicated, it is expected that Treyarch will prioritize a fix in the upcoming updates.
