ARC Raiders BluePrints Mission Guide: “Keeping the Memory”

Before you can begin the quest, you must first unlock it by progressing through Arc Raiders' main story.

In the high-stakes world of ARC Raiders BluePrints, where intense shootouts and resource gathering often take center stage, some quests stand out for their emotional depth rather than their action. "Keeping the Memory" is one such mission-a poignant side quest assigned by Celeste that asks players to honor a fallen soldier, rather than hunt for rare loot or defeat powerful enemies.

While the quest mechanics are straightforward, it's easy to get stuck due to hidden item locations, environmental distractions, or unexpected player competition. This guide breaks down every step to complete "Keeping the Memory" efficiently, avoid common pitfalls, and claim your rewards without unnecessary frustration.

  1. Starting the "Keeping the Memory"Quest

Before you can begin the quest, you must first unlock it by progressing through Arc Raiders' main story. Once you've reached the appropriate stage, Celeste- a key character in the game's lore-will approach you with the mission request.

Her request is simple: recover a fallen soldier's helmet from a wreckage site and place it on a nearby memorial pole to honor their sacrifice. Unlike many other quests in Arc Raiders, this one requires no intense combat or rare equipment, making it accessible to newer players.

A crucial note before you load into the mission: do not bring valuable gear or resources. The quest does not require you to fight tough enemies, so using free, basic equipment will prevent unnecessary losses if things go wrong.

  1. Locating the Wreckage Site in Dam Battlegrounds

"Keeping the Memory" takes place entirely on the Dam Battlegrounds map, specifically in the Formicai Hills region. To find the quest's starting point, open your map and navigate to the southern part of the map, where you'll see a marked area labeled "Wreckage".

Set a waypoint to this location to avoid getting lost. The Wreckage area is a popular spot for other players, as it's also a prime location for collecting mushrooms. As you approach, stay alert for other raiders-they may not be hostile, but they could interfere with your quest progress.

The most recognizable landmark at the Wreckage site is a massive, derelict Baron mech-half-buried in the terrain and resembling a giant, lifeless mechanical spider. This is your target; if you don't see this mech, you're in the wrong place.

  1. Finding the Hidden Helmet

Once you reach the Baron mech wreckage, your quest objective will update to "Search for the missing helmet". The helmet is easy to overlook, as it blends seamlessly into the environment-hidden in plain sight.

To locate it, stand beside the Baron mech and look to the right side of the wreckage. You'll see a small, unassuming bush growing just outside the mech's hull. The helmet is tucked underneath this bush, partially obscured by the foliage.

Walk up to the bush and interact with it-this will reveal the helmet, allowing you to pick it up. Be careful not to rush past the bush; many players miss this spot on their first try, leading to unnecessary backtracking.

Once you pick up the helmet, you'll notice it slows your movement slightly, similar to carrying a heavy crate. This is normal, and it's a small reminder of the weight of the soldier's sacrifice you're honoring.

  1. Placing the Helmet on the Memorial Pole

With the helmet in hand, your next objective is to place it on the memorial pole. Fortunately, the pole is located just a short distance from the bush where you found the helmet-no need for a long trek.

Look for a thin pole sticking out of the ground nearby. When you get close enough, a blue holographic projection of a helmet will appear at the top of the pole, confirming it's the correct location. This hologram is hard to miss, so you won't have trouble identifying the right spot.

Interact with the pole to place the helmet. Once you do, the quest objective will update to "Quest Complete", and you'll receive a notification confirming your success. Take a moment to appreciate the small, emotional payoff-this quest is a tribute to the fallen, and placing the helmet is a simple but meaningful act.

  1. Evacuating Safely and Claiming Rewards

While placing the helmet completes the core objective, you still need to ARC Raiders Items for sale evacuate the Dam Battlegrounds map to officially claim your rewards. Do not leave the raid early-all quest steps must be completed in a single session to count.

The recommended evacuation point is the Red Lakes Balcony Lift, located in the northeastern part of the map. However, this area is frequently patrolled by ARC  forces and is a popular spot for other players, so proceed with caution.

If you encounter enemies on your way to the evacuation point, prioritize evasion over combat. Remember, you don't need to fight to complete the quest-your goal is to get out safely. Once you reach the evacuation lift, activate it and wait for the extraction to finish.

Upon returning to Speranza (your base), you can claim your rewards from the quests tab. Completing "Keeping the Memory" grants you 5 Simple Gun Parts, 5 Duct Tape, and 5 Magnets-practical crafting materials that are essential for upgrading weapons and gadgets.
