On November 13th, 2025, Rockstar launched the teaser missions for the upcoming mansion listings DLC in GTA Online. The Missions Overview
There are three teaser missions that must be completed in order. Completing all of them unlocks the Gold tier of the Rockstar VIP program, which includes the following rewards:

- A $2 million discount on all the new mansions

- A $1 million GTA cash bonus, which will be credited within 72 hours after completing the missions

- A New Rockstar Games Varsity Crew Neck Sweater

Additionally, during the current event week, these missions are paying out double money and RP, and four times money and RP for GTA Plus members.

Mission 1: Due Diligence
Location: Devin Weston's Mansion
Objective: Eliminate the Lost MC members around the mansion.
How to Start: Approach the mansion, and when near the yellow circle, press right on the D-pad to start the mission. You’ll receive a call from Raf, signaling the start of the mission.
Mission Details: The mission is straightforward—eliminate all the enemies around the mansion’s exterior. Players can complete this on Hard mode with ease, as long as they keep an eye on their health and stock up on snacks. Once the enemies are eliminated, exit the area to finish the mission.
Payout: Roughly $24,000 for regular players or $48,000 for GTA Plus members.

Mission 2: Fixes and Fittings
Location: La Mesa
Objective: Steal a trailer of supplies from the Mile High Club.
How to Start: Walk into the yellow circle and press right on the D-pad to start the mission.
Mission Details: To complete this mission, you need to steal a supply trailer without alerting guards or using explosives, which could blow up the trailer. Simply drive the truck to the trailer, back it up, and then deliver the supplies to the construction site near Mini Madrazo’s house. There will be enemies chasing you, but your focus should be on avoiding crashes and not shooting back.
Payout: Around $60,000 for regular players or just under $100,000 for GTA Plus members.

Mission 3: Hard Deadlines
Location: Elysian Island
Objective: Scare a construction foreman by damaging his vehicles.
How to Start: Head to the designated location to blow up some containers and trucks. Then, target three of the foreman's cars on the map, shooting them but avoiding blowing them up. Finally, lose the cops to finish the mission.
Mission Details: This mission is very simple and involves little combat. Just damage the vehicles without destroying them, then escape the police to complete the mission.
Payout: Approximately $24,000 for regular players or $48,000 for GTA Plus members.

Mission Completion Rewards
Once you’ve completed all three missions, you’ll receive a message in free mode notifying you that you’ve earned an exclusive $2 million discount on the upcoming mansions. You’ll also be credited with the $1 million bonus within 72 hours. This means players could potentially receive up to $3 million in bonuses toward purchasing a mansion in the upcoming DLC.
